THE VILLA: This Villa is a wonderful 3 bedroom 2.5-bathroom condo, located in Regal Palms Resort and Spa. From this excellent location, you will waste no time reaching your theme park destination and quickly returning to peaceful seclusion when your park legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all Orlando has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day. This reservation was everything that was described and then some. It is a beautiful place located in a beautiful resort. The area is extremely peaceful, safe and quiet. The resort staff are wonderful people that are very professional and courteous. Lizzy was a wonderful host that was always available when needed and the check-in process was contactless and flawless. The location is in Regal Palms Resort and Spa and there are resort fees that you will need to pay for that is out of the control of the host and is controlled by the resort itself but this is common in most resorts. During the pandemic, it must be noted that everything was clean and safe both in this location and the resort. I highly recommend Lizzy as a host and wouldn't hesitate doing business again with her and her amazing staff. I thank her for her service, professionalism. She was a wonderful host.

Great location. There is a shopping plaza one block down and the parks are about 25 mins away. The house was very clean and we enjoyed so much the pool and lazy river. Would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, it was very comfortable, clean and at a great location. We loved it!

“Nicely located house close to 27/192 not far from Disney and Universal parks. Part of a gated community with a nice pool/water-slide. Calm and secure. Enough parking space for two cars. Enough sleeping space for 7. Well tooled kitchen but come prepared with your own cleaning supplies. Great internet access. Would come back: sure Thanks Lizzy”

We loved having everything we needed and issues were resolved within 24 hours with just a phone call. Family time is great with Wi-Fi, games, speaker and other amenities provided in the home. Great place to visit Florida and still feel like home.

I just wanted to let you know that the sliding door lock, closet door and Internet all got fixed. Also when Brighthouse was here the tv package was upgraded so we get much much better reception- HD! You are really a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate working with people who understand what the term "customer service" means. Realmente tengo que decir que la casa superó nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, los ambientes amplios, todo parecía nuevo, la cocina grande y con todos los elementos que uno puede necesitar. El barrio tranquilo y aunque la casa estaba un poco alejada de las picinas, esto no era un problema. No necesitamos contactarnos con Bernard en ningún momento ya que todo estaba claro en las instrucciones que se encuentran en una carpeta que está en la casa y en todos los carteles que están distribuidos por los distintos ambiente. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en esta casa.

When we left home for our road trip to Florida we were met with an unexpected emergency and had to return home. We lost about 3 days and when we notified Bernard about the situation he was absolutely amazing in his support and understanding! Since this was our first experience with airbnb we didn't know exactly what to expect but unfortunately in today's world we typically have low expectations when it comes to customer/guest services. Again, Bernard was a vey professional, compassionate person and we were very happy that he was our "host". The unit we rented was just as it was described and was also very clean and well maintained. We had a few minor "glitches" which Bernard reacted to immediately which we really appreciated.
Cleanliness is very, very important to us as well as overall condition. Since the unit was in such good shape it made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was also easy to walk to the adjacent shopping center. The pool area was fantastic-just like you would expect at a first class resort! Also the golf course across the street was not only convenient but a really nice place to play.
