This premium vacation home has been recently refurbished to the highest standards and features a fabulous games room, beautiful pool deck area, formal dining room, and 4 bedrooms.
THE VILLA: The Villa is only a few minutes away from all the premier Orlando Attractions. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day. This villa also offers a start-up convenience package when guests check in which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.
Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 queen size bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. There is a fully equipped Games Room and a pool with Jacuzzi. In short there's something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax.
POOL/DECK AREA: This beautiful pool deck has several lounge chairs, outdoor dining set with umbrella, large soutch facing swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
FAMILY ROOM: The family room has lovely décor, ceiling fan, coffee table, large window, 60" Smart TV.
EXECUTIVE LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa with 60" Smart TV, Playstation 2 and multiple games.
KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools mean you can keep company with whoever is doing the cooking, or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.
DINING ROOM: Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in a takeout, you can enjoy it here. The stylishly furnished dining room has a large dining table which seats 6 people.
GAMES ROOM: There's more fun to be found in the stylishly decorated and air conditioned Games Room downstairs, with Pool Table, slots machine, and Basketball.
BEDROOM 1: This first bedroom has a queen bed with tropical décor, two nightstands, a large dresser, walk-in closet, en-suite, and 40" Smart TV
BEDROOM 2: The next bedroom is very spacious and also has queen bedding, a large dresser with mirror, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite.
BEDROOM 3: This twin bedroom has a walk in closet and bright USA themed décor!
BEDROOM 4: This twin bedroom has a large dresser, TV, and Minnie mouse themed décor!
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The laundry room includes an automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided to help keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

Windwood Bay beside ChampionsGate Resort and Golf Academy, is a quiet, peaceful community that is nestled right in Davenport, which is only minutes away from the parks and other premier Orlando attractions. It is just down the road from the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and Champions Gate Golf complex. It is less than 5 minutes away from Posner Park which is home to Best Buy, JC Penney, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods and a brand new IMAX movie theater with open bar to boot. Guests will find a nice variety of restaurants in the same shopping center.
Whatever your definition of fun and recreation is, Central Florida has it all, not just the Theme Parks! For the fishing enthusiast, we recommend West Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee. Many of the same plants and animals found in the Florida Everglades can be found at West Lake Tohopekaliga. But most importantly, West Lake Toho provides some of the best Big Bass fishing for anglers in the United States. This lake produces more bass over ten pounds than any other lake in the world and is truly a trophy bass fisherman's paradise!
If golf is your liking, Windwood Bay is surrounded by a number of Championship golf courses.
World famous beaches like Clearwater, Sarasota, St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico or Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in approximately an hour and a half.
