This beautiful 5 Bedroom Villa with 4 and a half bathrooms is located on the tranquil Highgate Park Resort only minutes away from Disney World! Completely refurbished in 2021, this villa boasts a private pool with jacuzzi, Game Room with Pool table, and Foosball table.

FAMILY ROOM:
Spacious family room with vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool area. Comfortable seating with 55" SmartTV and inlaid bar.
QUEEN BEDROOM 1
On the ground floor, this Queen bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and comes with ensuite, large closet and 42" SmartTV.
TWIN BEDROOM 1
Also located on the ground floor with ensuite, closet and 40" SmartTV.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
Located upstairs with King bed, spacious ensuite (separate shower stall and bath tub), 42" SmartTV, walk-in closet. Comfortable armchair.
FULL BEDROOM:
Upstairs room with Full bed, closet, furnishings and SmartTV. Shares bathroom with Twin bedroom next door.
TWIN BEDROOM:
Equipped with comfortable single beds, closet and SMartTV. Shares bathroom with Full bedroom.
POOL AND JACUZZI:
Larger than standard pool with equally larger pool deck space with nightime lighting. Fully functional jacuzzi. Pool may be heated for an additional charge. Outside shower. Surrounded by hedges on all sides which give a great sense of privacy and quiet.
GAMES ROOM:
Equipped with Pool table and Foosball table, this Game room is a work in progress and you will enjoy it!

Highgate Park is a quiet vacation rental neighborhood nestled in a conservation area near where US 192 intersects with Highway 27. Less than 20 minutes from Disney World, this resort is walking distance from Wal-Mart Supercenter and a wide selection of restaurants.
Whatever your definition of fun and recreation is, Central Florida has it all, not just the Theme Parks! For the fishing enthusiast, we recommend West Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee. Many of the same plants and animals found in the Florida Everglades can be found at West Lake Tohopekaliga. But most importantly, West Lake Toho provides some of the best Big Bass fishing for anglers in the United States. This lake produces more bass over ten pounds than any other lake in the world and is truly a trophy bass fisherman's paradise! If you want to catch a BIG Bass to hang over your fireplace - Lake Toho is the place to do it!
If golf is your liking, you can reach fifteen golf courses within a 20 minute radius of Highgate Park.
World famous beaches like Clearwater, Sarasota, St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico or Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in approximately an hour and a half.Then there is the wonderful Lake Louisa State Park less than 15 minutes away where you can explore the "Old Florida" which features camping, boating, horse riding, nature trails and biking
